Shipping policy

PRE-ORDERS

Periodically DIRL will offer pre-orders up to 3 weeks in advance. Products will be shipped in the order they were received.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All orders are shipped with UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS), flat rate shipping.

If you select local delivery, you must be within 15 miles of zip code 48034. Once your order is placed you must also e-mail postcardsfromeverywhere1@gmail.com with the following in the subject:

Local Deliver - Your Order Number - Your Order Date 

Upon receipt of your e-mail we will reach out to confirm a location/timing.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder. Most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order, however sometimes you may experience a slight delay. In this case, please allow up to 12 hours for your confirmation email to come through. If you have any further questions in regards to your email confirmation, please submit your Inquiry to postcardsfromeveryhere1@gmail.com

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday your order might experience slight delays, dependent on the postal services/couriers.
